Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3

Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3

Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 is a 2008 real-time Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3strategy video game in the Command & Conquer series published by Electronic Arts, and the first game in the Red Alert sub-series since Yuri's Revenge, released in 2001.

Announced on February 14, 2008, the game has been released by EA Los Angeles for Microsoft Windows-based PCs and is scheduled to be released for Xbox 360. A PlayStation 3 version was announced, but EA stated that the production for this version had been "put on hold", and now may not be released, due to difficulties with the system's architecture.

The game takes place in a parallel universe in which World War II never happened and the Soviet Union rose instead as a threat in the 1950s. A massive world war is ongoing among the Soviets, Allies and a new third faction known as the Empire of the Rising Sun, which is derived from Imperial Japan.

Gameplay

Red Alert 3 features a fully co-operative campaign mode where the player can team up with another player, or one of several AI characters such as Major Giles, a stiff upper lip British commander, to complete the campaign.

The game has been promised to retain both the style and action-oriented gameplay of the Red Alert series, and the fast-paced gameplay of the latest C&C titles. The first Red Alert revolved around an alternate World War II between the Allies (including Germany) and the Soviet Union, with some high-tech esoterica, such as GPS, weaponized tesla coils, force fields and limited time travel. Red Alert 2 featured a Soviet invasion of USA with tanks, conscripts, gargantuan airships and psychically dominated anti-ship giant squid; its expansion, Yuri's Revenge, escalated matters up to UFOs and communists on the Moon.

Executive producer of Red Alert 3, Chris Corry, has confirmed[10] that the game will further differentiate the playable factions from each other and "[play] up the silliness in their faction design whenever possible". The Soviets and Allies have a mix of old and new units and technologies. New Soviet units include armoured attack bears, Tesla boats known as "Stingrays" that can also travel on land, making them a replacement for the Tesla Tank, anti-infantry spider-like tanks called "Sickles" that have the "Flea Jump" secondary ability to jump over terrain elevations and an amphibious transport unit called the "Bullfrog" that evacuates its passengers using a large "man cannon".

The Allies receive a new Tanya unit that is equipped with a "time belt", allowing her to transport herself a few seconds into the past in order to regain health and her previous location, the Assault Destroyer, a battleship on wheels, and "Cryocopters", unarmed helicopters equipped with powerful freeze and shrink rays. The Empire of the Rising Sun has giant transforming mecha, ninjas, a psychic schoolgirl and submersible planes.

Secondary abilities are to be common to each and every unit in the game, although how each ability is employed may vary slightly between units; some may be toggled on and off, others may apply instantly and some may have a cooldown, requiring a period of time to pass before the ability can be activated again.

Naval warfare is emphasized as another front included into the game. Corry has stated many units are now amphibious, trading effectiveness for increased flexibility compared to ground-only units. In addition, the unit called MCV featured in almost every Command & Conquer RTS, is now able to move and deploy on water; this makes placing buildings on bodies of water (excluding barracks and war factories) possible and players who "ignore the ocean [are] likely forfeiting a significant part of their potential economy to their opponents".

Further stressing this is the fact that, despite some campaign maps being entirely land based, all multiplayer maps will have significant bodies of water in them.

Full motion videos featuring real-life actors is featured in the campaign mode. Filming started in April 2008.via

Command & Conquer: Renegade

Command & Conquer: Renegade is a video game developed by Command & Conquer: RenegadeWestwood Studios and is part of the Command & Conquer series.

Renegade's storyline deals with the abduction of GDI's top three Tiberium research specialists by the Brotherhood of Nod. The player takes on the role of GDI commando Nick "Havoc" Parker, who is assigned to rescue these experts. As the game progresses it is revealed that they have been forced into biochemistry research for the Brotherhood's top secret "Project Re-Genesis," An attempt to create genetically enhanced super-soldiers.

Gameplay

Command & Conquer: Renegade follows the standard FPS formula, giving the player weapons and a set of objectives for each level that must be met before continuing to the next. This is the only C&C game that uses the first person view. The player can enter enemy buildings, and destroy them with explosives and weapons.

Multiplayer

The multiplayer element of this game takes the form of 'Command and Conquer Mode', in which players are divided into the two teams: GDI and Nod. Each team starts with its own base; team members can independently purchase vehicles and advanced character classes to destroy the enemy base and defend their own base.

A match is won when one team destroys the other's base or when one team has more points than the other when the time limit expires. Damaging and destroying enemy units and structures earns points. Some servers allow the 'endgame beacon' option that causes a side to immediately win if that side's 'superweapon' beacon is successfully planted and detonated on a 'beacon pedestal' in the other side's base.

Gameplay is a combination of FPS and RTS elements, since team members receive money from tiberium harvesting and must purchase their own individual equipment.via

Command and Conquer: Generals – Zero Hour

Command and Conquer: Generals – Zero Hour is the Command and Conquer: Generals – Zero Hourexpansion pack for the computer game Command & Conquer: Generals. Zero Hour added several new abilities to each side, and a new mode of play called Generals' Challenge. In Generals' Challenge the player takes on the identity of one of nine generals (three representing each faction) and does battle against most of the other generals, eventually confronting a powerful "boss" general, General Leang.

Campaigns

Zero Hour also contains three new campaigns of five missions each, one for each side, with their chronological order being USA first, GLA second, and China last. Unlike the previous campaigns, which were noted by Command and Conquer fans for not having full motion video cinematic sequences during mission briefing, the Zero Hour campaigns return to that Command and Conquer tradition, each showing a live-action video of a news reporter of the respective side giving details about the situation behind the current mission. The plot behind the Zero Hour campaigns picks up where it left off at the end of the previous campaigns.

USA

At the beginning of the USA campaign, the Global Liberation Army (GLA) launches a biological weapon using a refitted Soyuz launch station from the captured Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan at a USA military base located in Northern Europe. The United States Army retaliates quickly, destroying the launch platform, before the GLA can fire another missile. As the campaign continues, the United States learns that a GLA general codenamed "Dr. Thrax" has been developing a more lethal variety of anthrax known as "Anthrax Gamma". When the USA locates his base of operations, they discover that he is planning on launching several missiles loaded with this toxin at major population centers within the USA itself. A swift strike by the USA, with the help of rogue GLA forces, succeeds in preventing this atrocity, and brings an end to "Dr. Thrax".

GLA (Global Liberation Army)

In the GLA campaign, the GLA, though disappointed by the death of Dr. Thrax, receives a boost in morale with the successful appointment of their new leader, General Mohmar "Deathstrike". The GLA first attempts to reunite its splintered factions under Deathstrike's command, which it succeeds in doing after eliminating the defector Prince Kassad's forces in Egypt, and then begins a fervent mission to drive the Americans from Europe. Despite their lack of technology, the GLA succeeds in inflicting tremendous harm against the USA, by capturing an American particle uplink cannon which they then use to destroy the USS Ronald Reagan (splitting her in half from port to starboard, as shown in the game's cover) and infiltrating the US West Coast to steal toxins from a chemical storage facility. This reaches its climax when the GLA overruns the USA’s European central command base in Southern Germany, partially with the use of captured Chinese weaponry. The GLA's primary objective accomplished, they now begin to invade a vulnerable Europe and cause a new repressive state.

China

In the Chinese campaign, the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) sends its army into Europe to relieve the USA and gain revenge against the GLA for their humiliating use of Chinese technology in the capture of the German military base. In order to prevent the GLA from making use of advanced USA weapons, China launches a nuclear missile at the military base, destroying it, and then sends its forces into Germany, where the GLA invaders are concentrated. After a series of devastating losses, the nearly defeated GLA takes control of an evacuated USA military base and uses its weaponry against the Chinese army. China succeeds in recapturing this base, and eliminating the GLA for good, rooting out their influence in Europe. Establishing the Eurasian Unity League with the newly liberated Europe, the world looks forward to a new era of Chinese leadership.via

Command & Conquer: Generals

Command & Conquer: Generals

Command & Conquer: Generals is a real-time strategy game in Command & Conquer: Generalsthe Command & Conquer series. Generals utilizes the SAGE (Strategy Action Game Engine) engine. This proprietary engine is an extended version of the Command & Conquer: Renegade 3D engine.

Plot

Generals takes place in the near future. Players are given a choice of three factions to play rather than the two in the early parts of the Tiberium and Red Alert series. In Generals, the United States and China are the world's two superpowers, and are the targets of the Global Liberation Army, a large, well-organized Middle Eastern terrorist organization with the arsenal/hardware of an irregular military force such as the Taliban accompanied by the fanaticism of al-Qaeda. The United States and China are depicted as allies in the series, and frequently co-operate with each other throughout the storyline against the Global Liberation Army, which is depicted as an omnipresent, borderless organization with unclear goals beyond opposition to and expulsion of both China and the United States. The three factions are thus engaged in a war similar to that of the real-life War on Terror.

The player can play any of the three sides in any order, with each side's campaign consisting of seven missions. For the storyline to make sense, the proper order to play is China first, then the GLA, then the USA. In this order, China retaliates for a devastating GLA nuclear attack on Beijing, eventually completely crushing the GLA cell masterminding all Pacific rim operations. (Events such as the destruction of the Three Gorges Dam and the use of China's nuclear arsenal are part of this campaign.) The GLA campaign then begins, with the organization trying to recover from its recent setback at the hands of the Chinese, by raising funds and instigating attacks against their American and Chinese antagonists, eventually culminating in the overtaking of the Baikonur Cosmodrome for the firing of a Soyuz launch vehicle bearing a biological MIRV at a nondescript city. At this point the American campaign begins, in which the USA engages the GLA across several locales, including Baghdad and the Caspian Sea, before defeating a rogue Chinese general supporting the terrorists and tracking them back to their base of operations in Akmola, Kazakhstan.

The Generals story is continued in the expansion pack Command & Conquer: Generals - Zero Hour which leads to the US retaking Baikonur, the GLA dethroning the US as the world's last superpower, and China seizing the opportunity to take America's place as the world's only standing superpower.

Gameplay

Command and Conquer Generals operates like most other real-time strategy games, in that the player must construct a base, acquire resources, build various combat and support units, and defeat their opponent(s). Various unit types can be constructed, ranging from infantry to vehicles and air units. The player may control the United States of America, the People's Republic of China, or the Global Liberation Army, and each side has its unique characteristics and abilities. All sides share some similarities, such as training infantry at a barracks, building armored vehicles at a factory, and possessing "high tech" buildings needed to build more advanced units. All sides possess a means to acquire additional resources and funding, and all sides possess a unique superweapon.

The game's interface is similar to that of real-time strategy games such as WarCraft III or StarCraft. The player selects buildings to bring up build orders and purchase upgrades, and can select individual units to activate their special abilities. Structures are built by selecting dedicated builder units and placing the structure anywhere on the map.

As with other real-time strategy games, the various units have advantages and disadvantages against other units, and the player is encouraged to mix unit types in order to succeed and fight tactically with various unit abilities in order to win.

For example, rifle infantry are capable of quickly killing other infantry types, but are vulnerable to light vehicles and dedicated anti-infantry/anti-air units such as tankettes and APCs, which in turn are vulnerable to main battle tanks, which themselves are vulnerable to missile-equipped infantry and aircraft.

As the game progresses and the player defeats enemy units in battle, the player will gain "experience" points, which are used to purchase "Generals Abilities," unique abilities that range from enhancing units and unlocking new unit types to powerful air strikes, one-shot enhancements to units, or targetable "spawn points" to drop or create groups of units anywhere on the map.

As individual units attack and defeat enemy units or capture buildings, they gain "veterancy" and become more powerful, much like the General commanding them. Higher-ranking units attack faster, have more health, and can self-repair.

Factions

Each of the three factions has a play style in accordance with their real-world counterparts.

USA

The United States is the most technologically-advanced faction, and fights with a combination of powerful ground units and a large, versatile fleet of aircraft. USA forces rely on skill, mobility, and high technology to defeat the raw firepower of China and the guerilla tactics of the GLA. USA ground vehicles can construct unmanned drones to support and repair them in combat, and American troops and vehicles make extensive use of laser technology to guide weapons and defend against attack. American infantry have a number of special abilities, and include stealthy long-ranged snipers and a powerful commando named Colonel Burton with a number of abilities revolving around demolition and stealth. The USA also fields the largest air fleet in the game, including attack and transport helicopters, fighter planes, high speed bombers and stealth bombers. American Generals' abilities revolve around air power, including air strikes by A-10 Warthogs and fuel air bombs.

The USA has a major disadvantage, however, in that it has the slowest resource gathering in the game, in comparison to troop costs, it has a less stable supply of power than China, and its high-tech units are very expensive. This can be remedied by building a large amount of Supply Drop Zones. If not, this forces a USA player to construct a smaller, more specialized army than a Chinese or GLA player, and work to minimize losses. Chinese and GLA opponents can easily swarm a small American army and overwhelm it.

China

The People's Republic relies largely on brute force and sheer numbers, culminating in a variety of powerful and heavily armored tanks, and has limited air power. China's playstyle emphasizes direct assaults and sheer power to defeat American technology and GLA stealth. Chinese troops and tanks gain special bonuses when in groups, and make extensive use of propaganda (passive healing) to support their troops. China has a wide range of vehicle types, including several specialized tanks and two artillery units. Chinese forces also make heavy use of gattling, nuclear, and napalm weaponry to destroy the enemy. China also utilizes advanced electronic warfare technology, including elite hackers, a spy called Black Lotus, and electromagnetic pulse weapons. The Chinese "nuke cannon" and "inferno cannon" are the only artillery units whose shells cannot be intercepted by any defenses.

China has a major disadvantage in that its ground forces are generally slower than those of the other two factions. Due to having virtually no fast attack units, except for their MiGs, China is forced to make large, ponderous assaults with heavy units, a tactic that can be countered by the GLA's speed or the USA's air power. However, the Chinese forces are well-suited to winning drawn-out battles of attrition.

Global Liberation Army

Being technologically disadvantaged, the GLA has comparatively weak (though highly mobile) ground vehicles and no air force, prompting the use of guerrilla tactics such as mining, suicide bombing, hijacking, and ambushing.

The GLA has a larger array of infantry types and vehicles to make up for this disadvantage, and has the widest range of stealth options. The GLA also has a very powerful economy, with various resource-gathering techniques such as salvaging wreckage, gaining cash bounties on destroyed enemy units, and building multiple "black market" structures to bring in large amounts of money over time. Also, the GLA are unique in that they have no energy requirement for any of their structures or units. The GLA's upgrades make it more powerful when fully equipped, transforming a relatively weak group of units into a more respectable threat. The GLA is also unique in that its structures, particularly base defenses, rebuild themselves over time unless completely destroyed; this makes it difficult to permanently damage the GLA with many single-shot weapons or units.

The GLA's toxic weapons, suicide units, and stealth and surprise abilities enable it to hit enemies from unexpected directions, and its powerful economy, combined with cheap, fast units, enables it to flood opponents with sheer numbers. The GLA's primary disadvantage is that, in terms of firepower, range, and durability, its units are outmatched by Chinese and American units, and it has a complete lack of air power. This forces a GLA player to outmaneuver or outnumber opponents, as in an even, direct confrontation the GLA will lose to superior Chinese firepower and American technology.via

Command & Conquer: Yuri's Revenge

Command & Conquer: Yuri's Revenge is an expansion pack to Command & Conquer: Yuri's RevengeCommand & Conquer: Red Alert 2 developed by Westwood Studios. The game is centered around the idea of a shadowy figure named Yuri being able to establish a secret army of his own and pose a threat to the security of the world.

In Command and Conquer: Yuri's Revenge, the story is based around Yuri coming out of hiding to take over the world by using his Psychic Dominators to mind-control the entire populous.

Allies

The Allied story begins with a briefing in the White House. Yuri tells the American President that he will activate a network of his Psychic Dominator devices around the world, allowing him to mind control the entire planet. The United States cannot stop Yuri's network from going online. As the devices activate, the President calls for an airstrike on the Psychic Dominator on Alcatraz Island. The aircraft are shot down but one crashes onto the island and damages the device, making it temporarily non-functional. The Allies find out about a device created by Albert Einstein that allows travel backwards in time. They want to use it to go back to the beginning of the events of Red Alert 2 so that they can destroy the Psychic Dominators before they are completed.

The Allies use the time machine and are successful in going back in time. There, they start fighting Yuri's armies to destroy them and prevent the completion of the Dominators. After fighting with them on every front, Yuri's armies begin to fall back. The arrival of Allied forces from the future drastically alters the events of Red Alert 2 and causes the Soviets to ally with the Allies in order to battle against Yuri.

The Americans proceed to go to Antarctica to finish the last of Yuri's armies. They seize control of an abandoned Soviet base on the tip of South America to assist in the destruction of Yuri. With the use of both Soviet and Allied technology Yuri's armies are finished and he is locked up in a specially designed cell, equipped with a Psychic Isolation Device to prevent him from mind controlling anyone.

At that moment, the timelines of Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge begin to merge. As professor Einstein explains, "One series of events must take precedence over the other" In the new timeline, General Carville is alive and Yuri's attack never takes place.

Soviet

The Soviet story begins with the remnants of the Soviet military caught off guard by Yuri's forces as city after city falls under his control. The Soviet high-command organizes a strike team to slip into San Francisco Bay to enter the city. Once there, they manage to steal the Allied Time machine to reverse history and save the future (and alter it to the Soviets' pleasure).

After the time shift, the Soviet army takes special papers back to Moscow to have the Soviet leadership review them and properly stop Yuri. The first objective of the Soviets is to invade Germany to stop the efforts of Albert Einstein who is constructing a device to teleport Allied troops to Moscow to stop Soviet military aggression [2]. After the Allies surrender to the Soviets, the next target on the list is Yuri.

The Soviets fight Yuri's forces in decisive battles, from London, to Casablanca, and even to the Moon. They eventually corner Yuri in his hideout in Transylvania, where they hope to finish him once and for all. After an assault on the Physic Beacons controlling both a Soviet and an Allied base, the castle is successfully destroyed [3]. However, Yuri was not in the castle at the time. A special transmission shows that Yuri captured the time machine and attempted to escape by travelling back in time.

However, this is thwarted by Soviet intelligence, who quickly use all of the power reserves of the time machine, stranding Yuri in the Cretaceous Period. It is then implied that Yuri is eaten by a Tyrannosaurus rex. With Yuri's destruction assured, the Soviets begin to expand Communism into the far reaches of space.via

Command and Conquer - Red Alert 2

Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 is the sequel to the popular Command and Conquer - Red Alert 21996 spin-off of Westwood's definitive real-time strategy game. The latest game in the successful series isn't a dramatic technological improvement over any of its predecessors, and its hammy alternate-World War II setting borders on being tasteless. However, Red Alert 2 is a very polished game that combines tried-and-true play mechanics with enough new features, improvements, and enhancements to make it both an excellent sequel and a great real-time strategy game in its own right.

Allies

The Allied story line starts off with the American military being caught off guard by the Soviet invasion of the United States of America. America attempts to retaliate with the use of nuclear missiles, but Yuri, leader of the Soviet Psychic Corps, uses his mind control to manipulate the personnel charged with launching the warheads and leaves them to explode in their silos. Within hours, the United States is over run with Red Army troops. In response, the President establishes an emergency response team headed by General Carville and the Commander..

A special forces team led by Special Agent Tanya is sent to New York City and successfully repels the Soviet invasion there. Tanya and the Commander are then sent to Colorado Springs to liberate the Air Force Academy and the air base there. After this, a Soviet mind control device known as the Psychic Beacon is deployed in Washington, D.C. and manages to control the minds of the President and several key officials in the city, who promptly surrender to the Soviets. However, a counter-strike destroys the Psychic Beacon and frees the city from Soviet mind control. The American government relocate themselves to Canada to escape the threat of Soviet mind control.

The main Soviet offensive is in the southwest, with Russian forces pouring across the Mexico border and quickly capturing a quarter of the country. Meanwhile, a large-scale amphibious landing in the northeast succeeds in establishing a large salient from Washington, D.C. to New York. The main Soviet thrust then pushes across the Great Plains through Illinois, targeting Chicago in the hopes of cutting the USA in half. The USA launches an amphibious assault on Soviet-controlled Chicago to destroy a second psychic device, the Psychic Amplifier, before it can be activated and place the entire country under Soviet mind control. The Soviets retaliate by detonating a nuclear warhead in the city, destroying it completely.

Alarmed by the situation, leaders of France, Germany, and the United Kingdom agree to help the USA if they disarm two Soviet nuclear missile sites in Poland. The President agrees and sends a special forces team, led by Tanya, into Poland near its border with Germany. The silos are covertly destroyed, and the Europeans join the war against the Soviets. Bolstered by additional men and equipment, the U.S. military is able to recapture Washington, D.C. After doing so, Allied intelligence reveals that the Soviets are planning to capture the Hawaiian Islands and the Commander is sent to Pearl Harbor to defend the islands. The islands are saved, but the United States is still in a precarious position. The Soviets mount a Battle of Kursk-like counterattack to regain control of St. Louis, Missouri and all ports in the area, seriously handicapping movement between the western states and the eastern states. The Allies also learn of a Soviet project to replicate the Allied Prism technology at a research base in Tulum, Mexico, and a team of Navy SEALs is para-dropped into the area. The Soviet base and all the replicas are destroyed and the Allied Prism technology is not compromised.

Wanting to end the situation, Allied leaders send troops to protect Albert Einstein's laboratory in the Black Forest and protect his Chronosphere and the plans for them. After doing this, Einstein personally thanks the Commander and says that he has been working to find the best place to deploy the Chronosphere. Einstein has found the perfect place, an island in the Florida Keys. The island is close to Soviet Cuba. The Allies send a force to the island to destroy the Soviet’s nuclear strike capability and build the Chronosphere. The Allies then proceed to use the Chronosphere's teleportation capabilities to take an Allied strike team to Moscow. Once in Moscow, the Allied forces promptly destroy the defenses around the Kremlin and then teleport in a strike team led by Tanya to capture Premier Alexander Romanov. The Soviets surrender.

Soviet

The Soviet storyline begins with the player being briefed by Premier Alexander Romanov. After this, the Soviets launch an invasion of Washington, D.C., in which the Soviets destroy the Pentagon. Another Soviet invasion is launched into Florida to destroy the United States Fourth Fleet, which was threatening the Soviet invasion. Even though the Commander is almost fully responsible for these victories, all the credit goes to the top Soviet commander, General Vladimir. Yuri, Romanov's top adviser, recommends that the player capture New York City with his Psychic Beacon while Vladimir is in Moscow celebrating.

To counter the ever increasing and successful Soviet threat, forces from South Korea launch an amphibious attack on Vladivostok, and the player must "defend the motherland" and subsequently crushes all invading South Korean forces. Alarmed by the situation, leaders of France and Germany agree to send troops to the Polish border to help the United States fight the Red Army. While the French Army is busy elsewhere, the Soviets send a special forces team to Paris, with special orders from Romanov and Yuri to "show the Allies the true meaning of Soviet brutality" and to "leave nothing". With this and other key victories in Europe, Europe is in a position of needing help itself rather than giving help to the United States.

During this time, Yuri begins gaining more and more power by using his mind control technology on Romanov. As a result, Romanov gives all military authority to Yuri, which greatly angers General Vladimir, who accuses Yuri of forcing Romanov to make that decision. Yuri then tells the player to go to the Hawaiian Islands and establish a Soviet military presence there, then destroy the United States Pacific Fleet and all Korean reinforcements. Meanwhile, Yuri's intelligence has revealed that the Allies have constructed a Chronosphere and intend to use it to launch an assault on a Soviet research base in the Ural Mountains. Yuri tells the player that this research facility is vital to the Soviet war effort, and that it must be defended at all costs.

General Vladimir, fed up with Yuri's manipulation of Romanov, threatens Yuri, calling him a traitor. Yuri then frames Vladimir, making it look like he murdered Romanov in his hospital bed. Yuri then dispatches the player to go to Washington, D.C. and eliminate Vladimir, who Yuri declares to be a traitor and a "nonperson". The player defeats Vladimir's forces and Vladimir himself is captured by Yuri's psychic attack. A Soviet strike team of psychic commandos is then sent to San Antonio, Texas to capture the U.S. president Michael Dugan. The Soviets then discover that the Allies are developing a new super weapon in the U.S. Virgin Islands, known as a Weather Control Device. The Soviets launch an amphibious assault on the islands and successfully destroys the device before it gets a chance to be activated.

Impressed by the tenacity of the “Comrade General”, Yuri asks the Commander to come to Moscow so he can thank the Commander in person. But Lieutenant Zofia tells the player about a video Romanov recorded in which he says that Yuri is controlling his mind and is a traitor and must be brought to justice. A large army is then sent to Moscow and engages with forces loyal to Yuri. The player's forces then launch a devastating attack on the Kremlin and Yuri is believed to be dead. After going through Yuri’s files, it is learned that the Allies have a Chronosphere in Alaska, where they will attempt to launch a final assault on the Soviet Union by teleporting into Moscow and capturing the Kremlin. A Soviet strike force is sent across the Bering Strait and destroys the Chronosphere and all Allied forces in the area. With all resistance destroyed, the player is now free to rule the world.via
